January 2024

January started off with our whole family making it to midnight to ring in the New Year. That's a first for us! It's a little weird to be in this stage of life... no more ringing in the New Year at 8:00 and having everyone in bed by 8:30. No more quietly ringing in the New Year at midnight with the older girls so that we don't wake up the littles. No more having all our kids home with us to ring in the New Year. But it was fun watching the girls start to fall asleep, get a second wind, and continue on.

Tess and Skye are the funniest friends. They have such similar personalities and can just be their silly selves with each other. 

After a few buys months we finally had a day where we could venture out for one of Devin's spontaneous adventures. We ended up at the Silver Reef Mine Museum. It was one of those ghost town/museum/monument type things and it was fun to explore the whole area...

Addy went to Junior Prom with Zach Sant. They had been "talking" for a little while so she was excited to go. This would be the beginnings of her first relationship. They are pretty cute together...

                   

Quincy joined the volleyball club 435 Elite and has been loving it. It's always so fun watching her play...

               

Every once in awhile we see snow and fog. Ya know, in between all the sunshine and blue skies...

Kindergarteners celebrate 100 days of school...

After all the busy months we have had it was nice to have a more chill January. February is another crazy busy month but lots of fun memories are made too.
