After the whirlwind of October, November felt like a much calmer month. Here are a few things that happened...
Coco has never liked it much when I walk away from her. Even if I am just in the next room, if she can't see me she isn't happy. So she learned how to climb on the couch so that she can still see me when I have to go into the kitchen.
And she has found a great love of playing with her sisters...
Addie has been taking a music, dance, theatre class and she had a performance of the song that she has been working on. She has such an angelic voice and we love seeing the progress she is making.
Addie has also become quite obsessed with Stranger Things. To the point that she memorized a rap that Millie Bobby Brown(Eleven) did on Jimmy Fallon. She's pretty good though...

Closer to the beginning of the school year Addie ran for Student Council and made it. She was so excited to be a part of this...
She's just so funny...
Took Coco to play at the Museum of Natural Curiosity. She had so much fun and I just love seeing her do and try new things...
Flyin' High...
The girls had a Daddy/Daughter Activity at Music and the Spoken Word. Since it fell on a Sunday, Devin couldn't go because of Bishopric meetings. Luckily Grandpa Payne was willing to fill in for him! The girls were excited to have him with them.
Addie and Brinlee teamed up for their Science Fair Project this year and they made it into the District Fair!
The 6th grade studies Egyptian culture and Addie's class actually mummified chickens. Here they are having an Egyptian funeral for their chickens. It was pretty awesome!
I volunteer in Tess' class every week and Coco always comes with me. She has gotten a pretty good feel for the class but I was surprised to see this when the teacher asked the class to line up and raise their hands...
Trying a PBJ for the first time...
Took the girls back to St. George this month. It was good to have a little vacation in the sun in the middle of the month.

The girls took advantage of the nearly empty but warm pool...
And we even got to go to the Tuacahn Farmer's Market...
And ended our trip with a hike to see some dinosaur tracks. It was a little more difficult than we had planned but we reinforced to the girls that we can do hard things.

This was taken late but Quincy and her friend Faith had to create a Carnival game for their class. This is Suzie the Muncher. Her tray had balls of food on it that you had to shoot into her mouth. They did such a good job and they were so proud of their creation.
Addie had to create a 3D Turkey Book Report...
Our friends the Villamizar's came to town over Thanksgiving and their daughter Vicky was baptized while they were here. We were so glad that we were able to go. It was a special day and we love this family so much.
Tess' class had a Thanksgiving Feast...

Somehow I managed to get zero pictures of Thanksgiving with the Payne Family. But the next day the girls were ready and excited to decorate for Christmas...
And with that, November ended and the busiest month of the year was ready to begin...
