February 2024

When February arrives, we know that we are in for a lot! 3 birthdays, Valentine's Day, and visitors just to name a few. It's a very busy month but we love all of the memories that we make.

Coco has a whole neighborhood of the cutest little friends! We just love watching them interact and have so much fun together.

First birthday of the month is Quincy's! This girl loves to celebrate birthdays! We seriously love watching her growing into the young woman that she is becoming. She has a deep love of volleyball. Seriously amazes us with her art skills. And is just a ball of sunshine.

For her party this year, she invited friends over to make pizza and play games. It was so fun watching this group of girls together!

Just a few days later is Coco's birthday! She is growing up so fast and constantly amazes us with the things she learns and remembers, how independent she can be, but how much she still loves to be held and cuddle. She is so much fun!

For her party she wanted to take some friends to Big Shots for some golfing fun. This group of girls had a blast! Then we went back to our house for a dance party, cake, and presents. She loves her friends!

Next up is Valentine's Day. I took the 2 littles for a cute valentine pedicure and Quincy had a fun Valentine Party/practice.

On Valentine's Day...

Our annual candlelight dinner. We've been doing this for 20 years now!

The girls love going to their school swim night...

All the fun we are having wears us out sometimes...

Over President's Day weekend we got to have the Logan Paynes come for a visit. Maggie had a soccer tournament and it was fun watching her play and enjoying the company of this awesome family. Coco became best friends with Eleanor and wouldn't leave her side. We even made it to the new temple in our area for the Open House. Red Cliffs Temple is beautiful and will be such a great thing for St. George.

After I was released from Young Women's, I was put in as an Activity Days Leader over the younger boys. One of our activities was a polar plunge...

We went up north so that Quincy and Coco could do their birthday sleepovers with Grandma and Grandpa Wayment. Tess with take ANY opportunity to be with Scarlett. They are the best of friends and it's so fun that she has a cousin that she is so close with...

Some of our neighbors decided to move up north and we were so sad to see them go. They are an incredible family and we will miss them so much...

The final birthday of the month is Devin's. This year we did a throwback for him where we got him all the things he remembers as a kid, including opening presents from plastic bags. He is the best guy and we are always so happy to celebrate him. These girls adore him and we are all so grateful that he is ours...

This is Quincy refusing to let me take a picture of her newly braces free smile...

By the end of the month this is how we feel...

Devin at the High School Football Championships with his dad, uncles, and our old bishop. This is always such a good day for him....

The young women at the temple...

February is always so much fun and we definitely feel so blessed throughout. It is a whirlwind of a month, almost going by too quickly, but it leaves us with so many memories and moments to look back on.
