May 2021

May continued to be busy for us, but that just meant more memories to make and more fun to have.  Here's what we did...

Addie had performances for a full week with her last performance being the first weekend in May.  It is so fun seeing her be a part of something that she loves.

We also had a large group of people stay with us over that weekend as they took place in the St. George Triathlon.  The Ricker Family was part of the group and we always love having this family with us. We took them to explore Glitter Mountain and the Petroglyphs and just enjoyed being with them while they were here.

Quincy is always so creative.  This is the Rock Art she created with pieces she found from Glitter Mountain.

When Coco officially got rid of her binkies, naptimes got a little bit harder to do.  Some days she wouldn't sleep unless I was holding her hand. And while it would be frustrating for me to just sit there for hours at a time, I also recognized the sweetness of these moments.  They are fleeting and are gone all to quickly...

Q's selfies when she steals my phone...

Meeting the neighbor's duck Kirk...

Feeding the ducks at the local pond...

We also started these cute best friends in a dance class together.  It was adorable to see them in the class together!

Quincy also started a sand volleyball clinic this month.  She loved it!

Addie decided that instead of having a birthday party she wanted to go to Lagoon with her bestie Brinlee.  We had to postpone it until May, but we were finally able to find a weekend that worked.  It was such a great weekend.  Fun to see these 2 girls together, but also so awesome to have some time with just Addie.

On a random note, Devin took the other 3 girls to Springdale while we were gone and ran into the Thorup's. What!?  They sent me this picture and I about died! So fun!

Little Koala baby...

And almost as quickly as it started, school was ending.  Hard to believe that we survived this year and that summer was finally here.  We did a "Party In A Bag" for the teacher gifts.

Quincy got to take her friend Journey to see Annie with us. It was a fun night and exciting to start our Tuacahn experience.

We also took the girls to the Art Center at Kayenta for a little festival that they were having.

We then went to Gunlock Reservoir with some friends over Memorial Day...

We were then invited to a neighborhood swim party.  We love being a part of this neighborhood!

Using jammies as hair...

May was definitely an eventful month!  We were ready and excited for the summer ahead!
