December is always a busy month and this one was no exception. Here was our month...
More decorating...
And we love that we can still take walks and be outside during the winter...
Tess earned a date night with Devin and I for a good behavior. We started with dinner at Hash House and then walked through the botanical gardens all lit up with Christmas lights. It's fun to get some one on one time with this little sweetheart.
Christmas Movie nights are the best...
Putting together bags for those in need...
My cute little princess helper...
Delivering neighbor gifts...
A house in our neighborhood is seriously like the Griswald home. We were amazed about how much work they put into it.
More volleyball games for Q. We loved watching her grow and develop in this sport.
Every year we do this advent calendar and it is filled with family activities and service projects. It always helps us to remember the real reason for celebrating Christmas.
We went to the live nativity at the Tuacahn. It was awesome to feel the spirit of the Savior's birth.
We even got to stop and see Santa while we were there...
Park time with Coco...
Another visit with Santa. From a distance...
Love some family time...
Loving baby Jesus...
Playing on our newly laid cement in our backyard...
Passing out candy canes to the kids at the Christmas lights...
Addie had a school dance performance. And it was fun to see her and her class perform. Afterwards we went out for her favorite dinner at In N Out.
Making Christmas Treats...
I sang We Three Kings to Coco one day and she asked me over and over to keep singing it. Eventually she memorized the whole song and it is really the sweetest thing to hear...
Grandma and Grandpa Payne came for a visit and always manage to bring something exciting with them. They also brought Christmas presents and so much joy.
After we did our own Christmas we made the trek up north to attend the annual Wayment Christmas Eve Party. This is always such a fun time and so great to be with family. Grandma and Grandpa Wayment work so hard to put together a night full of games, gifts, food, and fun.

On Christmas morning, we were able to focus on the true meaning of the season. What an amazing moment of remembering the Savior of World and His humble beginning.
Then we headed to the Payne Family for Christmas dinner. We always love to be with this group!
Right after Christmas, we were joined in St. George by the Logan Paynes and the Montana Paynes. It was a full house but it was so fun being all together. Of course, we showed them all the sights and ate a ton.
She's a cuddlebug...
We celebrated New Years Eve in our typical fashion... early for the youngers and the olders see how long they can stay awake. Love celebrating with my little family!
And that's a wrap for 2020. We survived moving, a pandemic, school closures, new schools, new activities, and lots of visitors. We made wonderful memories, opened a new chapter in our lives, and continue to move forward with hope and faith. Here's to 2021 being even better than 2020!
