September 2024

September began with us still up at the cabin. Today was a day full of activities... coin find, treasure hunt, bean bag toss, and more 4 wheel rides.

Coco and her friends decided this was a good idea...

I got to be the parent chaperone for Addy's race in Taylorsville. It was fun to go and support her and the team. In between races, I went for a walk and saw the new Taylorsville Temple.

Funny pup...

Amber and I headed to Kolob Canyon for a 13 mile hike to get some distance in. Kolob is such a beautiful area...

More hikes through St. George with Cubby. We even came upon a tortoise! We live in such a beautiful area...

Took the girls to Staheli Farms Pumpkin Patch (courtesy of Simister Ortho). The youngers had a blast, the olders put up with the forced family fun...

Homecoming parade. I will never forget the first time we went to the homecoming parade here. Quincy saw the high school volleyball team and said, "That's what I want to do one day." Now here she is! So fun to see her fulfill her goals.

Josh and Kelsie came to town and we decided that we should hike Angel's Landing. Even Addy and her boyfriend, Zach, wanted to go. This is one of the most amazing hikes and it was so fun with the crew...

Cute cousins wanted to have the same hair...

Watching the last of the game before the drone show...

Swiss Days Parade and Activities. We love this celebration of the Swiss Heritage...

Addy was asked to Homecoming by a kid from another high school. She and her boyfriend decided that they would continue going to dances with other people, so she went and had a great time...

September came and went quickly. We made lots of fun memories and kept up with all of the extracurricular activities that the girls are involved in. As we head into October we prep ourselves for the upcoming holiday months.
