We always start November with our Thankful Tree. Each day we write down something that we are grateful for on a leaf and add it to our tree. By the end of the month we have a very full tree! It's a fun tradition that reminds us all month long how much we have to be thankful for.

End of season dinner for the Volleyball Team. It was so fun watching these girls play. And Quincy's artwork always surprises me. How is she so good?
With how busy life has been, we decided that we just wanted to be home for Thanksgiving. The girls were a little disappointed so they each got to make their own mini pie. It was so fun to see how different their choices and cooking styles are.
As great as it is to be with the whole family, sometimes its nice to just celebrate with our own little family. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner, tried each other's pies, and then went to the theatre to see Wicked. It was a wonderful day.
We decided this year that we wanted to do more of the prep work for the donations we take to the Hopi Tribe. We went to several stores to ask for donations, got Devin's siblings to donate, purchased sleeping bags, blankets and socks, and picked up several donations from multiple stores. It was a lot of work, but it was awesome to feel more invested in our donations to this special tribe. And it was amazing to see how generous people can be.
So excited for December!
