January always comes with lists, resolutions, and hope for all the things we will do and accomplish in the year ahead. With the Church's announcement that our Sunday worship would change to 2 hours and that we would have a study guide for a Home Centered, Church Supported form of study we were excited for the changes that would help us grow throughout the year.
We started the month with a movie date...
And a BYU game...
And its not winter without a bunch of sickness. I thought that this was the sweetest thing, that she just fell asleep on him like this. Not even 5 minutes passed after taking this picture and she threw up all over him.
Now that Coco is more mobile we find her all over the house causing all sorts of destruction.
We started her on regular milk this month. At first, she didn't do well with it but we figured out that we just needed softer sippy cups and then she transitioned easily.
And we decided that it was time to put one of these up...
Trying more and more foods...
Our attempt to be outside for a bit was a fail. We were freezing by the time we got home!
We made it to the halfway point of preschool. I am so proud of how much Tess has learned.
I just love how she is sleeping with her arms behind her head...
Devin took Addie and Quincy to see The Wizard of Oz at the Hale Center Theatre. They loved it!
Addie had a Showcase for COPA where she did a monologue. She is so good at what she does!
I had the opportunity to be a chaperone at the 5th Grade Overnight Field trip to Clear Creek Camp. It was so fun to be with Addie and all of her classmates. I loved having this time with her. We did everything from snowshoeing to boondoggling, night hikes to snow games.
January was a pretty low-key month for us. Knowing February was coming fast, kept us busy and preoccupied with preparations for the 3 birthdays coming our way.
